How often do i need to clean my windows?
Most of our customers get their windows cleaned two times a year. However, some customers have us clean their windows every month and others once a year.
WHY DO I NEED TO HIRE A WINDOW WASHER?
Window cleaning can be a dangerous and time-consuming endeavor. Do not risk your life climbing ladders, save your time, and get remarkable results with the professional window cleaning company. Regular professional cleaning also saves your windows from becoming stained with hard water.
IS SCREENS, FRAMES, TRACKS, AND SILLS INCLUDED?
Our service does include cleaning of the exposed sills. Tracks, frames, or hidden sills can be cleaned as well for a small additional charge. Screen cleaning is always extra. We take screens outside and clean them by hand with the soap solution and rinse them with water

DO I NEED POWER WASHING?
YES.
Dirt, mold, and mildew can damage your siding in the long run. When left without cleaning, dirt can eventually permanently discolor your siding, which can lower your home’s value.

Mold and mildew are unsightly, which is a great reason to clean your siding. However, did you know it can also be detrimental to your health? If your children are playing outside, they can potentially develop health problems from exposure to mold. In addition, mold and mildew, though it starts on the outside, can potentially make its way into the house. Attics are particularly vulnerable to mold and mildew that start outside.
DO YOU USE CHEMICALS TO POWER WASH?
Yes.
We do use chemicals to power wash certain materials or surfaces. Although chemicals are not always required, and we will not use them if it's not necessary. The chemicals we use are biodegradable and will not harm plants.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I CLEAN MY GUTTERS?

We recommend cleaning your gutters at least once a year in late fall. However, if your house located in a wooded area, two times a year may be needed.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR GUTTER CLEANING SERVICE?
When we clean gutters, we take the debris out by hand, check all downspouts and elbows for potential clogs and clean them as needed then flush to inspect for any issues and proper water flow.
